Regency Kids Cares - off to another great year of teaching our students that even their one voice can make a difference!  We currently run three programs throughout the year that reach out locally through Halloween Treat bags for children who cannot safely or physically go trick or treating,  to our elderly community through valentines for Seniors, and globally through our freeze sale for Ryan's Well.  Pleaser see the link through our website at rapscouncil.org. Please check the website for meeting times if you are interested in helping out on the committee or on any individual projects please contact:
